Gallery Quality paper
At WIJCK. we attach great importance to the quality of our posters and we like to combine our sleek design with a touch of nostalgia! The paper we use contains a combination of recycled cotton and wood-free ingredients. In addition, the paper is FSC certified. With a subtle relief, the paper gives the poster a classic yet timeless look.
Biodegradable ink
In addition to using sustainable and high-quality paper, the inks we use in producing our posters are biodegradable. These are made from natural, plant-based ingredients that can be easily broken down without harming the environment. In addition, our ink remains colorfast much longer than the usual inks due to the natural base.
FSC Wooden frames
Our frames also have a sustainable character. The wood of our frames is sustainably obtained from Italy and contains an FSC quality mark, which stands for wood obtained from responsibly managed forests. The frames are provided with a matte black finish and processed by hand at our frame maker in Zoetermeer (NL). The frames can also be ordered separately without a poster.

Vienna has two faces, and both are real. One is the Kunsthistorisches Museum, the Staatsoper, the Secession, a city so saturated with high culture that it wears it lightly. The other is the Würstelstand on the corner, the Heurige on the outskirts, and the Manner Schnitten that have been found in every kiosk and department store for more than a century.
Manner Schnitten, the pink wafer bars filled with hazelnut cream, are an institution in Vienna. They were invented in 1898 and have hardly changed since, the same pink packaging, the same logo, the same unexpected lightness you would not expect from a city with such cultural weight. They are democratic in the most Viennese way, everyone eats them, from students to opera-goers.
That combination of seriousness and lightness is what makes Vienna so distinctive. The city can hold Mahler and fried street food in the same afternoon. It produced Klimt and also the mid-morning coffee pause as a social ritual. It is at once the most decadent and the most approachable city in Europe.
